The Virtual Job Fair and exhibitor booths can both be administered online using our simple content management system.

We have designed it to be simple and quick to use. There are two sections, one each for for the job fair and exhibitors. Within each section, text content can be changed by simply clicking on the relevant text. Various elements can be set to display or not by clicking yes or no, and content such as images, documents and videos can be uploaded by clicking on the relevant button.

Simply choose to submit a new, or amend an existing exhibit using the buttons below.

Q: How to Use This Website...

A: If you are a candidate seeking a position, click the "Register" button in the upper right hand corner. Choose the application based on your experience level and fill out as directed. When completed log in with the email address you entered into the application and the password you chose. You will automatically be directed to the lobby of the virtual job fair if your login went through correctly.
At the time of the event, click the words "Exhibit Hall" to begin browsing booths.
For a full explanation of features and functions of the job fair, click the "Auditorium" button, and click to watch the "Virtual Job Fair Walkthrough". You can access the Auditorium at any time, not just during job fair hours.

Q: How often are the Trucking Virtual Job Fairs held?

A: We will have the next event posted on the website. Every once in a while check our site for updates.

Q: What are the directions to the job fair? What is the address?

A: Our virtual job fair requires no travel. It's all online in a virtual event hall, just like a real job fair but through your web browser. Just login: to join!

For Candidates/Drivers/Job Seekers

Q: How do I get an ID or Password?

A: If you are a candidate seeking a position, click the "Register" button in the upper right hand corner. Choose the application based on your experience level and fill out as directed. When completed log in with the email address you entered into the application and the password you chose. You will automatically be directed to the lobby of the virtual job fair if your login went through correctly.

Q: How much does it cost to register?

A: There is no cost to job seekers. It’s FREE.

Q: Do I need to log in for the day of the virtual job fair?

A: During the event hours, you must log in in order to enter the job fair exhibit hall where employer booths are. In the meantime you can browse the lobby and the auditorium for informational videos.

Q: I already registered but I don’t know my ID? I don’t have one?

A: Your ID is the email address you signed up with. Your ID and Password will be the same ones you entered when you registered with the application.

Q: How can I change my Profile name?

A: Log in, then click lobby, click Visitor tools, go to My Profile, click the section you would like to change. Enter the new information and click ok. You’re done.

Q: Where are all the hiring company booths?

A: Register first, then on the day of the event log in click lobby and click Exhibit Hall. To the left of the site you will see all the Aisles. Click on any that you would like more information on. It will take you start to that isle. Use the right and left arrow keys to navigate through the booths. Click the green "Chat" button to chat with recruiters or click the logo on the booth to pull up more information on that company.

Q: How do I know if there is a recruiter at the booth?

A: If there is a green "Chat" button on the booth, you will be able to click it and select a company recruiter from the right. This will pull up a chat window which you can use to talk to the recruiters. If there is no Green "Chat" button, there are no recruiters logged in.

Q: How can I send an application if there are no recruiters to chat with?

A: Click the company logo on the booth, and click the "Chat Contacts" on the black info pane that appears. Select "Send business card" for the recruiter of your choice.
This will send your Name, Email, Phone Number, CDL License certifications, City and State to the recruiter you have select so they can contact you later.

Q: How will I know what positions the companies are hiring for?

A: Click on the company’s logo at the booth. The company’s information will appear and then just click JOBS. There will be a link to all the job postings they currently have.

Q: How do I find out about the company?

A: Simply click on the company’s logo. The company’s information will appear on the right and there will be a brief summary about the company. There is also a place where you click Documents and the company’s will have additional information like hiring requirements, benefits, etc. You can also click on the company’s website and find out more about them.

Q: What states are these recruiters hiring for?

A: We have companies with openings across the US.

Q: How do I upload a resume?

A: Log in, click Visitor Tools, click My Profile, click Resume on the left hand side, click Update and a window will pull up where you can look for your resume and upload it.

Q: What if I have a question at the day of the event. Who can help me?

A: When you go to the Exhibit hall the first tab says Start Here, Click on the Help Desk and then click the green Chat Button. Just click on the person picture who you would like to chat with. They will be able to answer any questions you may have.

For Employers/Companies

Q: How can I get a booth for my company?

A: Call eMedia Group at 888-242-4400 and you will be able to speak to one of our sales representatives.

Q: How do I get an ID or Password?

A: Please contact your sales rep eMedia Group to obtain your ID and Password.

Q: How do I send and receive messages?

A: As long as you are logged into the job fair you will be able to receive messages from interested candidates. You must be in the job fair, lobby, auditorium, or exhibit hall to receive chats.

Q: How do I view Candidate Resumes?

A: When a candidate initiates chat with you, you can click "Details" to see their application information including whether they are CDL liscensed, and other important details. Click "Download Resume" to retrieve their resume if they have one uploaded.
